PREMIUM MATERIALS

Built for Better Durability

Many 3D-printed products are made from PLA because it is inexpensive, easy to print, and well suited for fast production. The tradeoff is that PLA offers limited heat resistance, UV stability, and long-term toughness.

At Mod-5 Designs, we choose to use ASA because it provides better material properties and produces a more durable, higher-quality finished product. Our parts are designed to feel like purpose-built products, not just quick, inexpensive 3D prints.

From material selection to print settings and final fit and finish, our focus is on producing parts that look better, feel more substantial, and hold up in real-world use.
