1. Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

All payments are processed securely, and we never store your payment details.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them shipped as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us right away at support@mod5designs.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
  • If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can return it according to our Refund Policy once it arrives.

    Refunds for canceled orders are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

All shipping rates are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

How soon will I receive my order?

Standard orders will be processed and shipped usually within 3 business days. Once shipped you can view the tracking details for the estimated delivery date.

Custom orders may require additional processing and will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Once shipped you can view the tracking details for the estimated delivery date.
